About the Event

Please note that there are two separate sessions available for purchase in this event. ONE session max per person. First session  is 5:30pm - 6:20pm and Second Session is 6:30pm - 7:20pm.  What is HIITBOX? -A High Intensity Interval Training group exercise workout that incorporates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Incorporating kickboxing and MMA Style exercises with the latest agility,heart pumping,fat burning, muscle toning moves set to a mix of Uptempo Bass pumping music. A workout for all levels that is sure to get you on the right path to any health and fitness goals you set out to achieve. All while maintaing a safe social distance from other participants throughout the workout. Masks/facial coverings are encouraged during the workout but are mandatory before and after the workout. Suggested equipment to bring - A Fitness mat, Workout Towel and Water
