TXP FIT POP UP BEACH BOOTCAMP

This is a 50 minute outdoor group fitness class that will incorporate calisthenics and HIIT type moves to maximize calorie burn and cardio output to assist in achieving benefits to your health and fitness goals. All while maintaing a safe social distance from other participants throughout the workout. Masks/facial coverings are encouraged during the workout but are mandatory before and after the workout. Suggested equipment to bring - A Fitness mat, Workout Towel and Water
